Jen Hanna, RN, BSN
Jen graduated from Temple University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and a certification in Human Resource Management. After working in Sales and Marketing for a few years, she decided to change career paths. In 2009, she graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Jen joined the RMA team in June of 2010. Jen is BLS and ACLS certified, and has a certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology.
Erlynn Gill Haberman, RNC, MSN
Erlynn has a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Delaware and a Master’s degree in Health Care for Women from the University of Pennsylvania. Erlynn served as IVF Nurse Coordinator at Albert Einstein Medical Center for seven years working with Dr Freedman since 1984. Erlynn then joined Dr. Freedman at Northern Fertility – now RMA. Her experiences include the areas of infertility, IVF, and third party reproduction. Erlynn is certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Nursing.
Jill McDonald, RN, BSN
Jill is a graduate of Temple University’s School of Nursing. She is very excited to be a part of RMA’s team and work in the field of infertility nursing.
Kelly Graves, CRNP, MSN
Kelly has been working in Women’s Health her entire nursing career. She graduated with her BSN from Thomas Jefferson University in 1978, and entered the Army Nurse Corps where she became an OB-GYN Nurse Practitioner. She left active duty to obtain her Master’s of Science in Nursing (Nurse Midwifery) at the University of Pennsylvania. Kelly continued in the Army Nurse Corps Reserves for another ten years, retiring as a Major in 1995.
Melissa Zegley BSN, MSN, CRNP
Melissa graduated with her MSN from Villanova University in 2003. She has been working as an OB-GYN Nurse Practitioner for the past 10 years. Melissa is very excited to be part of the RMA of Central Pennsylvania team.
Dana Tillotson, RN, BSN
Dana has a degree in nursing from Holy Family University and holds a national certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Nursing. Dana has been in the field for over 20 years and is experienced in all aspects of infertility, in vitro-fertilization, and third party reproduction. Her expertise allows her to give the best possible care and support to her patients.
Jeanne Walters, BS, ELD (ABB)
Jeanne Walters is the Director of the Embryology Lab. She has been working in the field of assisted reproduction since 1988 and received her certification as Embryology Lab Director through the American Board of Bioanalysts in 2003. She is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the Delaware Valley Reproductive Biologists Group.
Coleen brings her extensive billing and coding expertise to RMA. For 20 plus years, she has been providing turn-key billing services to physician practices. Coleen supports our practice, patients, and her billing team to ensure accurate billing standards achieve the best possible reimbursement.hello hello
Janice has been with RMA for over 14 years, assisting patients in coordinating IVF treatment cycles. She is an expert in insurance verification for IVF services and in helping guide patients through the complex financial issues associated with IVF treatment.
Danielle graduated Summa Cum Laude from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s in Advertising & Public Relations & a minor in Communication. She has worked in the communications industry for nine years, specializing in healthcare for the last six. She has experience in both hospital and private practice settings and enjoys working with physicians to help grow their practice. Danielle joined the RMA team in summer of 2013 and is excited to head up the Physician Relations Program and Marketing Department. Danielle is also a member of the American Association of Physician Liaisons.
Rebecca D. Migliaccio, MHA
Rebecca was awarded her Masters of Health Administration from the University of Florida in 2009. Following graduation, she was selected to participate in Emory Healthcare’s two-year Administrative Fellowship Program where she completed system-wide projects under the direction and mentorship of Senior Executives. Upon completion of the fellowship, Rebecca served as the Business Operations Manager for Hospital Medicine and Palliative Medicine at The Emory Clinic. Rebecca joined the RMA team in 2014.
Christina Robertson, MHA
Christina received her MHA from Saint Joseph’s University in 2014. As a result of her academic achievement was excepted into the AEL National Honor Society. Prior to joining RMA she held a dual position as office manager/patient services coordinator for a concierge medical practice. She joins the RMA team with over 6 years experience working directly in healthcare patient services.
